Richard Rose

Richard Rose is a Pennsylvania-based father, advocate, and community leader dedicated to strengthening families, exposing systemic failures, and helping parents navigate high-conflict custody and court challenges. Drawing on more than a decade of firsthand experience inside Pennsylvania’s family-court system, Richard works tirelessly to educate parents on their rights, self-advocacy tools, and legal strategies that many families never learn until it’s too late. Richard currently serves the implementation of Pennsylvania’s Greater Father Family Involvement Act (Act 114) — a groundbreaking statewide initiative expanding father engagement, accountability, and support services. He is also a certified Human Rights Consultant and Human Trafficking Prevention Consultant, roles through which he provides community training, family support, and case-based advocacy.
