Rael LaPenta
Rael LaPenta is a national advocate, educator, and nonprofit leader dedicated to reforming family court systems and protecting children from emotional and psychological abuse. She serves as Executive Director of the Professional Alliance for Child-Centered Safety (PACCS) and is co-founder of the Interference with Child Custody Coalition (IC3).
After surviving years of false allegations across civil, criminal, and child welfare systems—ultimately cleared of all claims—Rael transformed her experience into national advocacy for accountability and reform. Today, she bridges parents, professionals, and policymakers with credible research, ethical practice, and child-centered solutions.
Her mission is clear: protect children, elevate truth, and restore integrity to family court systems.
